Day 01 Arrival

Gateway to the Scotland of the East

Land at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and hire a direct cab. Stop by the massive Umiam Lake Viewpoint for speed-boating and panoramic hill views. Check into your hotel in Shillong. Spend your night café-hopping and shopping for local bamboo crafts at the bustling Police Bazar.

Day 02 Delhi

Waterfalls and Limestone Caves of Cherrapunji (Sohra)

Drive towards Sohra. Pause at the Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint for zip-lining over deep gorges. Marvel at the plunge of Nohkalikai Falls (India's tallest plunge waterfall). Follow this with an exploration of the limestone formations inside Mawsmai Cave. Witness the Seven Sisters Falls at sunset. before checking into a cliffside Sohra homestay.

Day 03 Agra

The Legendary Double Decker Root Bridge Trek

Head early to Tyrna village (the starting point). Descend roughly 3,500 steps to reach the stunning Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat village. If your energy allows, hike 1.5 hours further to the ethereal, turquoise Rainbow Falls. Trek back up or stay overnight in a basic village homestay in Nongriat to experience raw local culture.

Day 04 Taj Mahal

Transparent Rivers and Riverside Camping

Travel from Sohra to the border town of Dawki. Experience a wooden boat ride on the Umngot River, where the water is so clear the boats look like they are floating in the air. Drive slightly ahead to Shnongpdeng village for cliff jumping and kayaking. Sleep under the stars in a riverside tent campsite in Shnongpdeng.

Day 05 Jaipur

Cleanest Village Walks & Sacred Forests

Drive to Mawlynnong Village, recognized as Asia’s cleanest village. Stroll its paved, flower-lined walkways. Visit the Riwai Single Decker Living Root Bridge, which requires a highly accessible 5-minute walk compared to Nongriat. Travel back to Shillong for your final night.

Day 06 Departure

Endless Horizons and Departure – Spiritual Immersion

Wake up early to catch the breathtaking morning mist over the rolling green ridges at Laitlum Canyon. Drive back down to Guwahati. If time permits, visit the historic Kamakhya Temple before boarding your flight or train back home.
